As a Campus Recruiter, you will make Dura Vermeer a stronger employer brand among students and starters of civil engineering, infrastructure, and GWW courses. You will be responsible for the Midden and Noord Netherlands region and will work together with colleagues to attract HBO and WO trainees.
Requirements
A completed HBO degree, for example, in the direction of HR, Personnel Management, Hotel School, Applied Psychology, Communication, Marketing, Commercial Economics, Business Administration
Several years of work experience, for example, as a Campus Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, HR Advisor, Training Coordinator, Lecturer, Learning & Development Advisor
You live in the Midden or Noord Netherlands region
32, 36, or 40 hours a week available
