Requirements

• HBO or WO diploma in Civil Engineering, Real Estate and Housing, Architecture, Urban Planning, Spatial Planning or a similar creative and commercial education
• Experience within the sector and 5 years of work experience in a comparable function
• Experience with both the real estate and construction sectors
• Creativity, entrepreneurship, and empathy
• Energy and enthusiasm to work together in a tight team
