Requirements
5-7 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience
2-3 years of Automotive Service Department management experience
ability to present training material in an engaging manner
consultative problem-solving skills
ability to direct and lead clients to wanted solutions
detail oriented
ability to execute defined processes
ability to effectively manage time and multiple accounts
ability to work well in a remote or office environment
ability to interact with and train all levels of management
