Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst utilizing project methodologies to drive timelines
Strong experience and knowledge of business requirement documentation creation and management
Hands on experience coordinating and performing UAT testing
Experience with process engineering methodologies (As-Is and To-Be process mapping)
Experience with Agile and scrum methodologies
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to synthesize business pain points and people/process/technology issues
Proficient in Google Slides and Sheets, JIRA, Confluence and PowerPoint
Aptitude for learning new concepts and procedures
Ability to become a trusted advisor with key stakeholders
