Senior Regional Manager

Requirements

• Significant experience in digital media preferably within the travel industry.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and motivating sales team
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven sales and marketing management experience.
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales goals, individually and as a manager of a team
• Strong sales prospecting, negotiating, and closing skill set
• Excellent communication skills – in both written and oral presentation - influencing and relationship building skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Solid decision-making and analytical skills
• Strong marketing & commercial instinct with entrepreneurial drive
• Sales management experience in online marketing & advertising
• Strong propensity to take initiative and flourish with change
• Experience leading remote teams
• Experience delivering high quality results, whilst thriving in a dynamic environment
