Requirements
2+ years of proven work experience as a TA Specialist/Recruiter for both technical and non-technical direction
Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, tracking performance metrics
Excellent knowledge of the area of expertise - market status, trends, best practices
Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
Working proficiency level in English and Ukrainian, both spoken and written
