Requirements
Deep understanding and proven experience in handling migration processes in Poland
Basic knowledge of Polish labor law with readiness to dive deeper into legal regulations
Ability to calculate tax burdens and a basic understanding of Polish taxation
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers and large data sets
Upper-intermediate or fluent English and Polish; Ukrainian is a must
Proficient communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships
Confidence in presenting ideas and projects clearly and persuasively
