Commercial Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable engineering discipline, preferably computer science
• 10 years of experience in solution engineering in a complex, B2B solution sales environment with complex enterprise software implementations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Creative problem solver, with a passion for deeply understanding customer requirements and turning them into effective solutions
• Proven track record of supporting sales teams that meet or exceed sales goals.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Operates with hustle, passion, and intensity in an environment that requires urgency
• Expert level technical competency in enterprise software, SaaS, or Cloud
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
