Customer Success Intern

Requirements

• Rising junior or senior working toward a B.S. in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
• Coursework or project experience with at least one digital-engineering tool (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS, OpenFOAM) or numerical-analysis library.
• Demonstrable coding skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C/C++.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic testing practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; able to break down complex tasks into incremental deliverables.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable explaining technical ideas to peers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter who can manage time across multiple threads in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 % for short on-site customer visits (travel expenses covered).
