Jobgether is seeking a Contract Clinical Recruiter to help scale a growing mental health organization. The successful candidate will lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in clinical or healthcare recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
Benefits
Contract position with hourly pay between $40–$45
