Staff Software Engineer - Business Systems (Ruby/Rails) - (Remote - US)

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 6+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails development
• Experience with JavaScript and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Strong skills in debugging, systems design, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with integrating third-party business systems like Stripe and Salesforce
• Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines and analytics dashboards is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, mentoring mindset
• Prior experience working remotely with distributed teams is a plus
