We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk and Control Advisory team at Mercer Super, based in Sydney or Melbourne. This role will be based in an office environment, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or control advisory within the superannuation or financial services industries.
A foundational understanding of superannuation business activities, products, and associated regulations, including APRA guidance and industry standards.
Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills to convey risk concepts clearly.
