Senior Brand Manager - Healthcare / Rx / Scale Up

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience as a product/brand manager within Healthcare / Rx
• Proven experience with Category Management
• Proven experience marketing to HCPs (Health Care Professionals)
• Proven experience innovating within either a fast-paced start up/scale up or creative agency
• Proven experience developing strategic marketing plans that generated growth
• Proven expertise in crafting new brand identities, encompassing messaging and packaging development.
• Experience developing and executing product launch strategies and campaigns
• Highly skilled in analysing and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making.
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
• Strong understanding of a clinical audience and ensure campaigns effectively target and engage the intended audience, in particular for prescription-based medicines.
• Experience anticipating market trends, identifying opportunities, and formulating strategies that give the brand a competitive edge.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
