Reservations Agent

Requirements

• Self-starter
• Solution minded and result driven
• Easy going and you have a friendly, hospitable attitude
• Great eye for detail and accuracy
• High sense of responsibility
• Team player
• Preferably experience in reservation sales and or hotel front office duties
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt style at all levels
• Strong written / verbal presentation skills
• Knowledge of accommodation industry and sales channel working
• Previous experience in call centre / call team environment
• Fluency in English, written and spoken. Proficiency in Dutch or German is an advantage
• Being familiar with the IHG or Marriott Reservation sales systems and infrastructure is an advantage; including Opera PMS
• Relevant computer skills such as MS Office etc.
