We are seeking a Regional General Manager to own the overall execution and scale of your region, including hiring high-quality teams, developing playbooks, and ensuring consistent compliance with Plan requirements. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing complex teams and a strong track record of hitting key metrics.
Requirements
5+ years managing complex and highly operational teams and/or in operations
Experience in virtual health is a big plus!
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
Strong technical skills and comfort with technology innovation, past experience with CRM databases, basic Excel, Word, email, and video conferencing
Excellent organization skills to meet goals and deadlines
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
Thrive working with multiple systems and processes
Extremely detailed oriented and enjoy multitasking
Proven track record of hitting key metrics
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment
