Senior Marketing Lead

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience in content marketing, website management, and/or digital marketing with an emphasis on healthcare
• Experience working in an early stage startup environment that is fast paced, complex, and has minimal barriers to make decisions
• Proficiency with Webflow, or similar platform(s)
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot for managing marketing assets, email campaigns, and tracking engagement
• Prior experience with GoogleAds is also a big plus!
• Experience in developing marketing collateral, including sales materials, pitch decks, and branded assets
• Excellent written skills with the ability to craft compelling content
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Passion for Pair Team’s mission and a desire to support underserved communities
• Ownership mindset – own driving results for the mission, business, and customer experience
• Strong collaboration skills with thought partners from network development, partnerships, growth, leadership, and people team
• Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder
