Testing & Optimization Specialist-A/B Testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master's degree required
• 4-6 years of experience in building digital experiments & A/B tests utilizing Adobe Target & Adobe Analytics, and experience in digital optimizations & growing e-commerce
• Previous experience in manipulating DOM elements, CSS, and JavaScript in Adobe Target for website performance improvements
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear, timely updates
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous enhancements, with a bias towards customer experience
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
