We are seeking a Global Procurement Director to lead the Home Care Business Group and Fine Chemicals procurement team. The role requires a seasoned professional with prior experience in procurement, stakeholder management, and team development. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier partnerships, and driving business growth.
Requirements
Team development and ability to create a high performing team
Industry expertise – previous experience in working with HC preferred (not mandatory)
Stakeholder management and influential capability
Deep understanding of Procurement and how to develop winning procurement strategies
Strong business acumen
Effective communication- verbal and written communication (including ppt)
Understanding of industry value chains, supply market dynamics in Chemicals related portfolios is preferred
Understanding of Risk management tools is preferred
