Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in marketing preferable in CPG, snacking or ice-cream
• Proven track record of performance where you are able to demonstrate your ability to deliver results either in brand growth or market share growth
• Strong business acumen with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Hungry for growth with founder's mindset – someone who seeks out the opportunities and wants to try/learn/test new things and push boundaries
• Strong digital capabilities with an appetite to learn and adapt in this rapidly changing marketing and commerce landscape
• Consumer love – constantly curious and hungry to keep up to date with market insights
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Highly articulate and able to influence a wider range of stakeholders
• IT literacy & Nielsen/Kantar understanding
