We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide customer service support to participants in an employer-sponsored retirement plan. The position involves processing transactions, reconciling information, and communicating with clients.
Requirements
2 years post-secondary business-related education or equivalent work experience
Basic knowledge of company products
Solid decision-making and problem solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
