Senior Product Manager – Statutory Disability & PFML

Requirements

• Drive comprehensive Statutory Disability & PFML product development, management and readiness activities, recognizing the unique needs of Voya’s target markets
• Serve as subject matter expert for internal home office and client facing teams, while focusing on the voice of the customer to ensure we are delivering products and services that align with Voya’s mission and vision
• Work cross-functionally with Claims, Legal, IT, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Filing and Marketing to ensure best practices of the Statutory Disability & PFML market are documented and followed by the cross-functional teams
