The Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Systems Patching is responsible for leading the end-to-end patch management process for AIX, Windows, and Linux workloads. This role involves oversight of patching solutions, leading day-to-day operations, and managing a team of engineers to ensure systems are updated, secure, and compliant.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in systems admin or patch management, including AIX, Windows, and Linux environments
Proficiency with patch management tools and solutions (MECM, Red Hat Satellite, etc.)
Comprehensive documentation and reporting skills
The ability to manage stakeholders, coach and mentor junior L1 and L2 engineers
Strong vendor management experience
