Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field
More than 9 years in HR, with 3 years in a leadership role overseeing at least 2 of the following functions: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Total Rewards.
Strong background in Total Rewards (compensation, benefits, recognition) preferred
Proven ability to lead HR teams and manage cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
