We are seeking an experienced Regional HRIS Manager to oversee and optimize our Oracle HRIS system across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HRIS expert with strong analytical skills, project management experience, and the ability to drive process improvements.
Requirements
5+ years of HRIS experience
At least 3 years in Oracle HRIS (Fusion HCM or similar)
Strong data management, reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and HR analytics skills
Experience in multi-country HRIS management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or fashion
Project management skills with a track record of leading HRIS implementations/upgrades
Knowledge of SEA labor laws (PH, ID, MY, HK, SG) is a plus
