
Job description
Provide support to the HR team on generalist HR topics, including administrative tasks, professional training, recruitment, disciplinary procedures, payroll, and managing third-party holder opinions.
Manage new employee files, collect documents, handle relations with insurance, draft letters to employees, follow up on temporary workers, participate in training plan deployment, contribute to recruitment, follow up on disciplinary procedures, collect and validate salary advance requests, transmit payroll requests, manage third-party holder opinions, and enter sick leave and work accidents.
