Job description
The Exploitation Regulator is responsible for coordinating and organizing services, ensuring quality and safety, and serving as a contact person for drivers. The role has three main objectives: preparing operations, managing real-time, and ensuring the role of agent/line/administrative representative.
Prepare operations, welcome drivers, manage real-time, assist drivers and agents, contact relevant services in case of hazards or incidents, implement information to passengers, ensure drivers are punctual, report daily logs, and lead post-accident interviews.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in a similar role. The company offers a dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
