The Head of Client Strategy, Asia Pacific is a senior role that leads the Client Strategy team across all art departments and in the region to ensure successful delivery of client coverage and engagement objectives. The role involves working closely with the Regional President and other key stakeholders to set objectives and deploy resources to achieve them.
Requirements
- Ability to influence at most senior levels in the Company
- Highly strategic, but hands on operator, managing a team and multiple senior stakeholders
- Highly analytical and able to develop strategy based on comprehensive sources of data internally
- Significant knowledge, insights and experience of clients to influence CTLs on their engagement plans
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and influence people
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Flexible team player with demonstrable initiative and creativity
- Strong people and change manager, ability to collaborate and lead a team
- Deep understanding of cultural differences across the region
- Fluency in English and knowledge of Chinese is preferred
- Experience with client management of HNWI or UHNWI is preferred
