PayPal is looking for a Director-level marketing leader to drive customer growth in the UK by owning and scaling our CRM lifecycle marketing and paid media strategy. This role will lead end-to-end planning and execution across acquisition, onboarding, habituation, cross-sell, retention, and winback, working cross-functionally to turn customer insights into measurable business impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience with deep expertise in CRM/lifecycle marketing and paid media/performance marketing
- Proven track record building lifecycle programs that drive measurable improvements in activation, retention, repeat behavior, and customer value
- Strong experience planning and optimizing paid media across major channels with clear ROI accountability
- Analytical fluency and comfort partnering with BI/Analytics teams on measurement, experimentation, and performance diagnostics
- Ability to lead cross-functional programs, influence senior stakeholders, and operate with strong planning and execution discipline
- Experience working in a privacy-first environment
