Job Description
10x Genomics is seeking a Senior NPI Engineer to join their Instrument Manufacturing Engineering Team. The role involves developing and implementing manufacturing process improvements, designing equipment and tooling, and optimizing production quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NPI, manufacturing and process engineering and experience in contract manufacturing or internal production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing)
- 5+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing and process engineering
- Experience qualifying multiple manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of cGDP, cGMP
- Experience with supplier engagement and support
- Excellent mechanical drawing and schematic reading skills
- Experience working with instrument manufacturing under ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 standards
