This is for a future opportunity with a pay range of $150,000 to $190,000. The role is for an Experiential Associate Creative Director, responsible for creating live experiences, crafting killer decks, and leading small projects. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in an ad agency or similar setting, a degree in marketing/communications, and a passion for innovative ideas and creative thinking.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience within an ad agency or similar setting
- Degree in marketing/communications or similar field
- 3d and AI knowledge a plus
- Be fearless and not afraid to fail

- Ability to work flexible hours, including some nights/weekends
- Thought leadership: A strong point of view; ability to contribute to the creative and strategic development of a brand campaign, and the ability to promote conceptual thinking among the team/ability to communicate ideas clearly
