Job Description
The RCM Residential Care Manager will oversee daily operations, provide support and advocacy to clients, and ensure a safe and supportive environment in the Bridge Home Program at 1736 Family Crisis Center. The program serves women experiencing homelessness and aims to provide a clear path towards permanent housing. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the homeless population, particularly women, and possess knowledge of residential site security and programmatic standards.
Requirements
- BS Degree or Education in mental health, social services or comparable field desired
- Previous experience with homeless population, particularly issues related to women experiencing homelessness, in a residential or related living facility
- Knowledge of residential site security issues and ability to enforce all guidelines related to safety
- Strong knowledge of boundaries, and client focused care, HIPAA, programmatic standards of operation and documentation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
