RCM Residential Care Manager, YS, BU

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Care Manager to provide coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our Youth Shelter, serving children aged 12-17. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with homeless youth and a strong knowledge of boundaries, HIPAA, and client-focused care.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in mental health, social services, or comparable field
• 1 year experience working with homeless populations, preferably youth in a residential or related living facility
• Strong knowledge of Boundaries, HIPAA, Programmatic standards of operation, and clinical engagement
• Demonstrated skills in working with participants from various backgrounds, particularly homeless individuals
• Familiarity with Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Trauma-informed philosophies
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
• Ability to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, and employment and education verifications
