RCM Advisory Manager

24 Hour Home Care is seeking a RCM Advisory Manager to lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations across assigned payors and acquired entities within TEAM Services Group. The role will drive strong collections performance, reduce denials, and improve cash flow through analytics, automation, and disciplined execution. The RCM Advisory Manager will serve as an advisor for our brand RCM teams, guiding them on best practices on RCM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership in healthcare services
• Experience in multi-location, multi-entity environments
• Strong background in system transitions, integrations, and acquisition support
• Offshore vendor management experience
• Deep understanding of Medicaid, Managed Care, commercial payers, and value-based reimbursement
• Demonstrated ability to build KPIs, dashboards, and analytics
