
Job description
We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to support Salesforce-based applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce and SaaS platforms, as well as incident and ticket management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ticket queues and SLAs, prioritizing incidents based on impact/urgency, and escalating appropriately while ensuring closure quality.
This role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations and user expectations.
