Senior Data Analyst

2K Games is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to work in their growing data insights group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing stories out of data to empower business leaders and a strong analytical background in business analytics, mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, data science, or engineering. The role will involve analyzing data from multiple domains, developing metrics and reporting, and improving data quality and integrity. The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years of professional analytics experience and advanced SQL skills, with experience working in a professional environment.

Requirements

• Educational background in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering (or in another quantitative subject area)
• 4-6+ years of professional analytics experience performing data analysis and managing data quality
• Advanced SQL (any variant) - proficient at writing code efficiently and easy to read and follow, with experience working in a professional environment
• Strong working knowledge of R or Python languages
• Experience creating visual reporting using BI tools (Tableau experience strongly preferred)
• Consistent record of delivering solutions focused on understanding how the data impacts the business
• Strong data-storytelling and presentation skills
• Strong collaborator leadership skills
• Self-motivated mentality and the ability to work independently and on numerous projects at the same time
