RevOps Lead

We're hiring a RevOps Lead to own the systems, data and AI infrastructure powering the revenue engine across 32Co, Aerox and future verticals. The role involves building and managing the Claude skills used daily by commercial, AM and marketing teams, and proactively uncovering insights to improve business operations.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in RevOps, ideally at a high-growth B2B startup
• Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise
• SQL skills, able to write BigQuery queries and build Metabase dashboards
• AI-native, using Claude or similar daily and shipping with it
• Ability to interpret data, spot issues and ask for action
