Job Description
3dB Labs is a growing Defense Contractor focusing on Digital Signal Processing Software and Hardware with a diverse customer base. We are looking for IC Mission Support Specialist to join our team as we grow and scale our capabilities. This role would be instrumental in extending the adoption and operational relevance of 3dB Labs products across Conventional Forces and the Intelligence Community.
Requirements
- Background in DSP, SIGINT, EW, RF systems, or similar technical domain—professional, military, academic, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience working in classified IC related areas.
- Ability to learn complex hardware/software products (e.g., SCEPTRE-like systems) with minimal hand-holding.
- Strong writing and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency with or willingness to learn JICD, SAST, JEL toolchains.
- Previous experience with COMINT or ELINT collections.
- TS/SCI with full scope polygraph (for high side access)
