Director of AI/ML at Solventum, responsible for leading a multidisciplinary AI team, partnering with stakeholders, and developing AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science or a related technical field
- 10 years of job related experience OR High School Diploma/GED from AND 16 years of the same job-related experience
- 8+ years of experience working in AI/ML roles, with track record of delivering production AI solutions
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing technical teams
- Professional proficiency in English required, with regular collaboration across global teams.
