Product Engineering Manager

Role Overview

As a Product Engineering Manager for AMTP Platforms, you will lead a team of Product Engineers, hire and train direct reports, and manage change management projects. You will collaborate with global teams across manufacturing, regulatory, and business functions.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include leading a team, prioritizing resources, ensuring proper processes, developing and coaching cross-functional teams, and supporting supply continuity initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline
• Three (3) or more years of experience managing direct reports in a technical function
• Product, Process, and/or manufacturing experience, particularly in nonwoven technologies, adhesives, or advanced materials
• Experience developing, sustaining, or maintaining commercialized products
• Proven ability to execute change management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
• Experience developing strategies that align team objectives with broader business goals
• Demonstrated use of project management methodologies to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results
• Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
