Job description
As a Senior Application Development Specialist, you will collaborate with innovative minds to develop new applications for industrial clients in the Industrial Abrasives Division. You will work with the global application engineering and product development team to develop and introduce the latest technologies in products and services involving surface modification in demanding industrial markets.
You will lead the development of applications, solve challenges, and optimize abrasive processes in client installations. You will provide insights on client needs, collaborate on new solution development, and offer application support and training.
This role requires a strong technical background, experience with virtual interaction tools, and the ability to work effectively in a team. You will have opportunities for growth and autonomy, and will be expected to contribute to a strong Environmental Health and Safety culture.
