
Job description
We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) who possesses extensive knowledge of financial accounting processes, systems, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with systems conversions and implementations. As a member of the implementation team, the BA will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and contribute to designing, implementing, and optimizing the capabilities of the new ERP system.
Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps or inefficiencies and propose targeted solutions for improvement. Assist the project team in achieving the transformation and automation goals set for the initiative. Convert gathered business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications and designs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in financial accounting, in-depth functional understanding of Finance processes, and previous experience with systems conversion projects.
