Local CDL Driver

Role Overview

As a CDL Driver, you’ll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight! You will handle all local truckload deliveries, primarily drop and hook, and deliver and pick up trailers within a certain number of miles making about a certain number of routes per shift.

What You Will Do

Handle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook. Deliver and pick up trailers within a certain number of miles making about a certain number of routes per shift. Drive an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for a certain number of hours shifts.

Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A driving experience within past 3 years
• Must be at least 23 years of age or older
• Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician
• No record of being disqualified to drive
• Successful completion of a DOT road test
• PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years – a higher score will be reviewed
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently
