
Job description
As a Sales Operations Manager, you'll build and lead the company's Sales Operations capability, serving as the operational backbone of the commercial organization. You'll work closely with Sales Leadership, Pricing, Finance, Operations, and the Office of the CEO to bring rigor, transparency, and repeatability to how the company manages its commercial engine.
You'll build and manage a consistent sales forecasting process, establish clear pipeline stage definitions, produce weekly and monthly reporting, and improve visibility into sales performance. You'll also serve as the business owner for CRM-related sales processes, data quality, pipeline hygiene, and reporting standards.
You'll have the opportunity to work in a growing or evolving organization, build or upgrade sales processes, and improve CRM discipline. You'll also have the chance to influence without direct authority and operate effectively in a lean, fast-moving environment.
