Requirements

• Leading the annual planning, prioritization, and regular review of the project portfolio
• Coordinating intercompany project demands, capacity planning, and resource allocation
• Managing the Development Factory's demand management process
• Aligning business demands and development opportunities
• Organizing portfolio forums and facilitating decision-making at the executive level
• Monitoring the performance of the project portfolio and preparing reports and analyses
