Job Description
Administration Executive will be the main liaison with Global, Regional and Local brand teams, responsible for coordination of meetings, procurement, project appropriation requests, license applications, record management, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of admin experience
- University degree level qualification
- Proven fluency in written and spoken English
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft office applications
- Stakeholder engagement skills including cross functional teamwork
- Organised and meticulous, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- A multitasker who can handle multiple tasks at the same time
