The Human Capital Office is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a key role in the office, driving strategic and tactical efforts to manage the delivery and coordination of projects across Human Capital.
Requirements
- Develop and manage project plans and roadmaps for key departmental projects and initiatives.
- Conduct monthly workstream meetings to ensure ongoing management of project plans and deliverables.
- Partner with the Chief Communications Office to support communication of priority programs.
- Gather high-level information and provide business analysis for the assigned project phases and the strategies and tactics that will assist the planning and communication of all ongoing projects.
- Coordinate and manage department/agencywide priority projects and initiatives to ensure coordination among all Human Capital divisions and key agency stakeholders.
- Support effective executive communication on behalf of the Chief, including presentation decks for the Chiefs Office on project updates, executive briefings, and other priority initiatives;
- Coordinate strategic planning effort that will result in refreshed Human Capital values and 3-5 year workplan.
- Work with Program Directors and project leads to identify key performance metrics for each division of Human Capital and gaps in ability to assess value and impact of work on employees and agency objectives.
- Devise innovative and creative content and communication strategies to help improve employee morale and experience, collaboration, and workplace culture within the department and beyond.
