Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant will coordinate deliveries, generate reports, and liaise with customers and transporters. Additional duties may include handling operational matters, preparing health and safety information, and assisting with ad-hoc visits to shipyard sites.

Requirements

• Minimum Primary Education or GCE 'A'/'O'/'N' Level
• Interest in Shipyard/ Marine/ Oil & Gas industry
• Possess Class 3 Driving Licence
• Able to work overtime on weekend/Public Holiday when required
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Able to motivate in a challenging work environment
• Good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
