Job Description
Full secretarial and administrative support to the CEO office, including producing documents, filing information, and managing the CEO's diary and calendar.
Requirements
- Full secretarial and administrative support to the CEO office
- Assist CEO on following up with action on matters which fall within the CEOs responsibility
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the CEO
- Record retention, filing, updating, archiving information and documents
- Maintain CEOs office systems, including data management and filing.
- Diary and calendar management and scheduling, coordinating ad organizing internal and external business meetings
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Manage, prepare reports and take accurate minutes of management meeting
- Organize meetings and ensure that CEO is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
- To handle all personal matters related to the CEO including running errands when required.
- To undertake any other tasks / assignments assigned by the CEO from time to time.
