
Job description
Manage multiple staff accommodations and camps, ensuring efficient occupancy planning, staff welfare, facility maintenance, compliance, and smooth coordination with Head Office, project teams, landlords, and service providers.
Manage day-to-day operations, coordinate accommodation allocation, maintain occupancy records, ensure staff welfare, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate maintenance activities.
Strong leadership, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills are required. UAE experience is preferred.
