Client Onboarding & Implementation Manager

9fin is a fast-growing fintech company that powers global debt markets with its AI platform. The Client Onboarding & Implementation Manager will build and run the onboarding and support model for the Private 9fin team, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and deliver training and guidance to help clients get the most from the platform.

Requirements

• Experience with onboarding or account management, ideally in SaaS or fintech
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good technical instincts
• High attention to detail and excellent project management skills
• A client-first mindset
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, document management tools, and security best practices
